Terms Of Service (TOS)
Nothing made by AsheNocturnaCreations may be used in any blockchain-related technology to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the Space!Rules:- You must be 18 years to commission me.
- Turn around: from 1 week up to 2 months.
- The character belongs to you, or a friend that has given you permission to use them.
- please dont message me daily/multiple times a day for updates, W.I.P's will be provided when appropriate.
- Have your idea ready for when its your turn, I can't wait too much to start a drawing since it will slow things down.Payments:- All my prices are in Euro (EUR,€) and I accept payment via PayPal only .
- Payment is to be made before I work on the artwork.
- Payment plans are ok with anything over 100€ but work will not be sent till full payment is received.What I will draw:- Most things, just ask if you’re not sure.
- Furry Characters
- Human CharactersWhat I DON`T draw:- Minors in sexual situations.
- Feral + Anthro relationships.
- Scat/watersports
- Diapers on adults
- Obesity and feeder behavior
- Non-con/Rape
- NSFW of pokemon that look like children.Reference Sheets:- Please provide a clear non-shaded reference sheet if possible or at least flat digital colors I can use. (If its shaded I'm not responsable for mismatched colors.)
-Please ask about a traditionel reference and I am sure we can work something out.
- Character(s) featured in commission are not changeable without incurring further costs.
- If you give multi images as reference please make it clear what's right and wrong.Edits and Alterations:- Please be clear about the changes you want. Sometimes I will not be able to understand what you are asking but I will work my best to get you what you want.
- If I forget to include character markings, it is always ok to remind me to add them.Artwork Rights:- I own the rights to use the artwork for self-advertisement/promotion, display as an example of previous work for future commissions. I also hold rights to the work under German Law.
- I do not share the source file (.psd, .sai, etc), only the full res. png.
- If you wish to keep a commission piece private I can resell the pose as a ych.
- You may not use the artwork for money-gaining purposes, or mass distribution.
- The result drawing cannot be resold.
- You may post where ever you want, provided you gain no profit from doing so and always provide a link to my profiles.
- You may not edit the work without asking.
- I have the right to use all rejected work-in-progress images for self-advertisement/promotion, display as an example of previous work for future commissions, or in the production of Merchandise.
- I have the right to post the artwork on any site I choose. If you have sites you do not want your character displayed, you hold the right to prevent the upload or request deletion. Artwork will not be deleted or prevented from being uploaded to my primary FurAffinity account.
- If I find you have used a stolen character you will be blacklisted and the real owner will be given the rights to use the artwork or have it deleted and re-made ether for ych or what the character owner wants. THERE WILL NOT BE A REFUND.Refunds:- I don't do refunds after the sketch is approved.
- It is up to my discretion if I give any kind of refund after work has started.
- I may cancel the commission at any time with a refund.
- If you are impossible to contact/rude/abusive you will be refunded (based on the level of work done) or work will be completed with no edits and blocked. I will not tolerate abuse!
- If I find you have used a stolen character you will not be refunded or permitted to use said artwork.
- If you have any issues please let me know right away!💜 I always try everything to make you happy and draw your character how you imagine. 💜
